职位描述：
－ Mange change control process
－ Development and Management of all engineering documentation
－ Manage & improve effectivity of BOMs
－ Develop engineering IT systems based on Windchill platform and align with global practices
－ Key gate keeper for agency & safety compliance for all the products
－ Support product transfer activities into Tianjin plant from other locations
－ Management and development of continuous improvement team. Develop measures of performance and promote continuous improvement activities within engineering
－ Management of new product introduction process
－ Process improvement & work instructions activities
－ Industrial engineering support
－ Development of manufacturing techniques which eliminate quality and manufacturing issues and optimize cost (fixtures, automation, etc.)
职位要求：
－ Hands on relevant experience in Mechanical or similar industry with technical knowledge in areas of managing product lifecycle from engineering point of view in food & beverage equipment or appliance industries
－ Exposure to different international standards with respect to product testing and laboratory (UL, CE, NSF, Etc.)
－ Strong Project Management Skills - Ability to plan, co-ordinate and execute tasks/projects (new development, product improvement, value engineering, analysis, etc) to completion with focus on resource allocation, costing, execution & timelines
－ Prior experience/exposure to working in a global engineering environment involving interactions & travel to other locations
－ Strong People Management Skills & exposure to effective team handling
－ Good verbal and written communication skills in English
－ Ability & willingness to travel locally, nationally or internationally when required
－ Experience in the context of overall product life cycle management in the consumer goods or food/beverage industry is highly desirable
－ Reliability engineering hands on experience is added advantage
－ Exposure to various manufacturing processes and materials
－ Passion and diligence for hands-on engineering
－ Exposure to process tools like Six Sigma, APQP, etc.
